Polystyrene letters

For bright advertising

The uniqueness of this product is that the foam is very light compared to previous versions and with minimal lighting (if the lighting is applied correctly) the letters look very attractive. Due to its lightness, it is perfect for decorating building facades.

Device parameters

The front panel is provided with plastic, composite, or a layer of plaster;

Filling - expanded polystyrene or polystyrene.

Recommended letter height is from 30 to 1000 mm. The thickness of the letters is 20, 30, 50, 100 mm. 

The base of the letter is made of sheet polystyrene or polystyrene. The letter contour is cut on a coordinate milling machine, or on a special nichrome string. The front part is milled plastic (acrylic, composite, pvc), if necessary covered with a film.

In the case when it is necessary to achieve the effect of a stone sign on the facade, the foam letter is covered with an adhesive layer and plaster. After that, the facade paint of the required color is applied on top.

Foam letters warrantee

The letters warrantee for 1 year. The actual service life when using the "correct" components of the sign will be at least 5 years.
